Menus

Mealtimes are social occasions, and our residents can gather around a large family table in the dining room to enjoy eating together.
St. Cecilia has a three-week rolling menu, designed in consultation with Liz Forsyth, our dietician/nutritionist. We concentrate on foods which our residents will be familiar with and will enjoy, while providing a nutritious, varied diet. Geraldine, our cook, produces a range of home-baked cakes for our residents to enjoy with their mid-afternoon cup of tea. She also makes good use of our slow cooker for tasty casseroles and traditional pie fillings.
